from Ueslen a small village in Northern Germany, Frieda came to the USA after her marriage in Germany. Her first stop was Michigan, but luckily for her fans, she chose to make her home in Central New Jersey. She is the mother of 5 children, (Harvey, Frieda, Jerry, Philip & Martin), 6 grandchildren(Sean, Colleen, Greta, Kelda, Kristina & Alexander), and one of her greatest pleasures in life is traveling to visit them. In fact, Frieda likes to travel ANYWHERE, from fun in New Orleans, LA, to Paris, France, to the Alaskan wilderness! |

Behind the Fabric...
Frieda always had a knack for sewing. Her grandmother taught her to sew, and her first project was to make doll clothes for her sister. From that moment on, she was hooked! Frieda is skilled not only in sewing, but in knitting, crocheting, needlepoint, embroidery, and other specialty arenas.
Frieda's Family
Frieda has a large family, and she's very proud of them. Of course, they're just as proud of her...they've all come to her many times in life, from sewing on buttons to making christening gowns for their children!
